These are the terms and conditions for booking the photobooth with "SNAPPODUK".

The agreement contains the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements. Changes to the agreement must be made in writing and signed by all parties. SNAPPODUK must be notified immediately of any changes in schedule or location at least one week prior to the scheduled date of the event. The booth location must be indoors, on a level, hard and smooth surface with a minimum of 8 feet clearance and a power outlet within 15 feet of the booth location. Permission is granted to SNAPPODUK to use any images created under this contract for professional use. SNAPPODUK retains the copyright to all images produced. If SNAPPODUK cannot remove the photo booth at the conclusion of the contracted time, the client will be billed at the standard idle time rate. The client must inspect and position the photo booth on arrival, and it must not be moved once put in place. The Client will be held liable for any loss, theft, destruction, or damage to the photo booth caused by anyone and for any reason while it is under the Client’s risk – meaning once it is set up and operating at the Site (excluding fair wear and tear). In the event of damages, SNAPPODUK reserves the right to withhold funds as compensation. In the event of technical challenges with the photo booth during the rental period, we make every effort to resolve the issue and extend the hire period if possible, with the client’s consent. Refunds will only be issued if the photo booth is unable to take pictures due to a camera/system failure or hard drive malfunction, which is not caused by damage under the client’s risk, and not for any other reason.
